By installing the Deep Forms add-on for Google Docs we will gain access to certain information on that account, such as your name, email address, and account information, in accordance with authorization conducted by the third-part service. By creating forms with the Deep Forms add-on we collect information related to the current document such as the document id and text that you choose to connect to forms.

Connecting your Google account provides our service with access to your Google Drive and Google Docs. Information will only be collected for Google Drive files that you choose to connect to our service.

If you purchase a subscription to use our service we will collect information about your purchase from our third-party payment processor.

How we use your data

We use your data to operate our website and support the services that you request to use. Your data will also be used for management and communication purposes.

When you choose to connect forms created with our services to Google documents we can execute operations for the purpose of generating custom documents. For example, Google Docs connected to forms will be copied and modified when document generation is performed on Deepapplications.com. You can control who is allowed to generate connected documents. You may choose to give users you do not know access to your files and forms.

If you pay for a subscription then your transaction information may be received by the third-party payment processor.
